This project follows my journey through introspection with a series of large scale paintings, where themes of trauma, gender expression, escapism, and misogynoir are dissected. The body is the unifying thread that connects the effects of the themes aforementioned. With this project, I hope to be vulnerable by taking inventory of my life and sharing my internal self-dialogue.
